John R. Banks, Jr.


Following law school, John went to work for Levin, Roth & Kasner, P.C., later known as Levin & Kasner, P.C. until January 1997, when he left to go into a solo practice.  In January 1998, John joined forces with Jess W. Mason and Bruce A. Coplen to form the law firm of Mason, Coplen & Banks, LLP, which became, Mason, Coplen, Shuchart, Hutchins & Banks, P.C. in January 2000.

John is a member of the State Bar of Texas.  John has been listed in the Ninth and Tenth Editions of Who’s Who in American Law.

John’s principal areas of practice include Real Estate and Property, Business and Corporate Transactions, and Community Association Law.
